
According to the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, the JAMB mock examination for 2023 will be held on March 30th, 2023. (JAMB). Based on some of the questions we’ve received from candidates about the mock exam, we’ve chosen to clarify a few points
So, here are 12 things JAMB candidates should be aware of regarding the JAMB mock exam.
12 Things You Should Know About the JAMB Mock Exam
1.The JAMB Mock Exam is not compulsory.
2.The purpose of the JAMB mock examination is to give you an idea of how the JAMB CBT would feel.
3.Passing the mock exam is not a prerequisite for taking the real exam. The fact that you did not take the mock exam does not preclude you from taking the real exam.
4.The result of the mock exam will NOT be included to the outcome of the main exam.
5.There is no problem if you showed an interest in taking the mock exam and then changed your mind. You will not face any consequences as a result of this. You will still take the main JAMB exam, along with all other enrolled candidates.
6.The questions on the Mock exam are not necessarily the same as the questions on the actual exam.
7.The mock exam is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. at each location. There could be different sessions.
8.If you miss the mock exam, there will be no MAKE-UP test.
9.The mock test will be held in the state where the individual registered for their 2023 UTME.
10.You must bring a copy of your JAMB mock examination slip or printout to the mock exam center.
11.Bags, cell phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the examination hall.
12.Be sure to eat breakfast and arrive to your center on time. Also, keep some cash on hand in case of an emergency.
